Difference Between Group And Team

Group Team
A collection of individuals who work together in completing a task. A group of persons having a collective identity joined together, to accomplish a goal.
Members are independent. Members are interdependent.
Only one leader. A leader may be more than one.
Discuss, Decide and Delegate. Discuss, Decide and Do.
Work Products: Individual. Work Products: Collective.
Accomplishing individual goals. Accomplishing team goals.
Individuals are accountable in a Group. Either individually or mutually are accountable in Team.
